I’ve had a passion for Culinary since high school.  During my college years, I took a liking to the pastry side of Culinary Arts.  I took on the role of a Dietary Manager eight years ago.  I have been working in the Chicago Public School system and skilled nursing facilities.  I enjoy cooking, baking, and managing in the dietary department.  I am excited about my role as Dietary Manager with The Pointe at Crete!
