Executive Director

I joined The Pointe at Crete in January of 2025 as the Executive Director.  I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and an MBA with a Healthcare Administration concentration.   I’ve been in healthcare since 2014, where I started in behavioral health.  In 2017, I transitioned to skilled nursing as the Director of Social Services.  I was promoted to the Assistant Administrator shortly after.  In that role, I had the pleasure of managing the Admissions, Memory Care, Human Resources, Activity, and Social Service departments.  By doing so, I was able to learn and master the responsibilities of each department.  Over time, this positively contributed to the growth in my career.  I plan to incorporate everything I’ve learned, as well as continue learning on my journey with The Pointe at Crete.
